At Toronto Swim School, we place special emphasis on pre-competitive and competitive swimming. These programs are designed for young swimmers who have mastered basic swimming skills and are ready to take the next step — preparing to join swim teams and compete.

Program Schedule

Our pre-competitive training runs for four months, with 1.5-hour sessions every Sunday from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM. This structured schedule provides swimmers with consistency, discipline, and focused training time to sharpen their abilities.

Pricing: $720 for 17 sessions (1.5 hours each).

Enhancing Swim Strength and Techniques

Swimmers undergo specialized training to improve strength, endurance, and technique, ensuring they perform at their best in both practice and competition.

Mastering Starts and Turns

We teach swimmers the critical techniques of starts and turns, helping them maximize efficiency and performance at every stage of a race.

Introduction to Competitive Programs

Participants are introduced to the structure and rules of competitive swimming, giving them the confidence and knowledge needed to enter competitions successfully.
